Jose Javier Garcia Aranda has released a new version of 8BP v41 (8bits de poder : 8bits of power), a RSX library to write Amstrad CPC games in basic (26 Kb max). You can download 8bp on github.

CPCRetroDev 2020 is the 8th edition of the programming contest for the Amstrad CPC 464, organized by the Alicante's university. You have till the 3rd November 2020 to submit your program. Results will be available starting at 7pm on the 13th November.
As stated by @adventuron on Twitter, why not making an adventure game for this contest using Adventuron and the DAAD software ?

Atic Atac is a classic on ZX Spectrum (Atic Atac on Wos). The game was written by Tim and Chris Stamper, it was published by Ultimate Play the Game (alson on the BBC micro) in 1983.

A new game comes with this new version : Blaster Pilot, an arcade game inspired in part by Time Pilot (Konami).
No Recess gave news about Sonic GX for Amstrad GX-4000 on CPCWiki the 29th November.
There is no new video but they are several screenshots. The release date is now estimated in 2022.
After the announce by No Recess about Sonic GX on Amstrad GX-4000 game, Novabug is showing the first level alone then a four screen comparison with the Mega Drive, Master System et Master Gear versions !
GGP will release a beta of their Toki port for Amstrad CPC tonight.
